OFF SEASON PERFORMANCE TRAINING
COME GET BETTER, FASTER, STRONGER
We are excited to announce our Off Season Performance Training program in partnership with Phenom Phactory, Bodies on Point and Crossfit Verve. This opportunity will introduce our student athletes to a variety of new techniques for personal care and wellness. Techniques will include high performance training, acupressure and acupuncture, massage therapy, nutritional guidance and crossfit training. In addition, Off-Season programming will allow us to meet many of our mental and physical health objectives and outcomes.
This opportunity is now available to ALL PIRATE youth football players and cheerleaders!
HOW TO GET STARTED

*Attendance is extremely important. Each student athlete can only miss four (4) sessions 36 sessions total; two (2) unexcused.
Please contact your coach or email firstname.lastname@example.org in the event of an absence).
*Sessions will be held: Wednesday's 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday's 11:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday's 11:00am - 1:00pm
*Parents will need to provide transportation to training sessions.
